At the stage of accepting an order, it is important to identify the needs of the client. Not just to clarify "whether he ordered the right part", but to find out his expectations. Every second person is trying to save money. Help the client to save correctly. If he needs a spare part for a while, so to speak, "get along"; while there are funds for a decent quality part, feel free to recommend the cheapest of the analogues. If your recommendation turns out to be sensible, the buyer will certainly return to you for an expensive product.

But, if a person expects that the Chinese analogue at a lower cost will serve him faithfully for decades, he will be disappointed not only in auto parts. An upset and offended buyer will never return to your site, in addition, he will despise you as a specialist. Do you need it? Be honest with your customers, people feel fake. Therefore, if you find it difficult to answer the classic question "how long will it last?", do not be shy about your ignorance, but rather advise a good spare part at a moderate cost.

At the same time, do not impose advice if the buyer has firmly decided that he needs this particular product. Persuade – a thankless job, especially in sales. Specify the details, discuss the details of payment and delivery and feel free to prepare the goods for shipment!
